The province especially pays attention to creating a trustworthy investment environment of advantage and security to the enterprises. The provincial leaders and all its level notice and put the enterprises in an important position for the province’s development. What the Binh Duong province has achieved more and more set up the belief of investors and businesses as to the provincial policies. Binh Duong is the country’s spotted place in attracting investment capital. So far, the province has had over 4,290 projects with total capital up to VN22,000 billion from domestic investors and 1,295 projects with total capital up to USD 6,528 billion from foreign investors of 37 countries in the world, complementing capital and contributing an important part into the province’s socio-economic development. The province has had 23 industrial parks, which were licensed by the central government, with a total area of 5,975 hectares. So far, there have been thirteen industrial parks, in which there are 7 parks with the land rent proportion of over 90% that has been in operation, reaching an average proportion of over 70%. In addition, the province has been developing the projects of Binh Duong Industry- Service- Urban center with the intended area of nearly 4,200 hectares, including various service centers and first-class buildings suitable for various kinds of projects and 6 industrial parks with the modern infrastructure of regional and international standard.
New industrial parks of Mai Trung, My Phuoc 2 and 3, Rach Bap, Nam Tan Uyen... and the Binh Duong industry- service- urban center complex will be areas attracting biggest investment on service and industry sector. With the policy of “spreading red carpet to invite investors”, Binh Duong with new reforms has been an ideal destination for domestic and foreign investors. Location: Binh Duong shares its border with Binh Phuoc province in the north, Ho Chi Minh City in the south, Dong Nai province in the east, Tay Ninh province and Ho Chi Minh City in the west.

Terrain: Binh Duong is located in the monsoon and tropical region, moderate climate and few storms, flood, and few disasters. It has 2 clear seasons – the rain season is from May to November and the dry season is from December to April of the following year, and an average fall of rain is about from 1,800 to 2,000mm. The average temperature is 26.50C, the number of average sunny hours about 2400 hours and air humidity from 80 to 90%. Except for some valleys along the Sai Gon River and the Dong Nai river, an average high altitude of soil is from 6 to 60m, so it is seldom flooded. Its terrain is nearly even and flat. Geological ground with a compression level of 2kg/cm2, so it is convenient to expand transportation systems, build infrastructure, industrial parks, and agricultural production
