With the trust of Binh Duong provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province and all voters of Unit No. 13 (including Tan Dinh ward, Chanh Phu Hoa Ward, An Dien ward, An Tay and Phu An communes in Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province), Lawyer Nguyen Van Hien Phuc, Member of the National Lawyers' Council, Chairman of Binh Duong Bar Association, member of Binh Duong provincial People's Council of 8th term (2011 - 2016) has been re-elected to be member of Binh Duong provincial People's Council for term of 2016 - 2021, according to Decision No. 128 / NQ-UBBC of Binh Duong provincial Election Commission on 26/5/2016.

According to the report of the Department of Justice of Binh Duong province, the project on "development of lawyers for international economic integration from 2010 to 2020" (Project 123) and the matter of training and fostering of lawyers for international economic integration have always been focused by Binh Duong provincial People's Committee and Binh Duong Bar Association.

On 29 July 2016, Binh Duong Bar Association held the extraordinary Congress of Binh Duong Bar Association (in term of 2014-2019) to discuss and adopt its Rule in accordance with the Law on Lawyers, the Charter of Vietnam Bar Federation.

On 24 June 2016, Lawyer Nguyen Van Hien Phuc, member of National Lawyers' Council (Vietnam Bar Federation),  Chairman of Binh Duong provincial Bar Association, Director of Becamex Law Firm who is reelected to be the member of IXth Binh Duong provincial People's Council (in the term of 2016-2021) attended the first session of IXth Binh Duong provincial People’s Council.
