On April 21, 2023 in Binh Duong, the Binh Duong provincial Bar Association held the 30th Anniversary of the establishment.

Attending the ceremony were Lawyer, Dr. Do Ngoc Thinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Bar Federation; Lawyer Phan Trung Hoai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Bar Federation; Lawyer Nguyen Hai Nam, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Bar Federation; Lawyer Nguyen Van Hau, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Communication Agency of the Vietnam Bar Federation; Lawyer Nguyen The Phong, Chairman of the Commendation and Discipline Committee of Vietnam Bar Federation; delegates of the Board of Directors of the provincial Bar Associations including Ho Chi Minh city, Dong Nai province, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Long An province, Binh Thuan province, Tay Ninh province, Lam Dong province, and many lawyers of the Binh Duong provincial Bar Association.

(BDO) On June 21, at Becamex New City Hotel in Binh Duong province, Binh Duong Bar Association organized the 8th Congress (the term of 2019 – 2024). Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Binh Duong provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments, agencies, unions, and enterprises in Binh Duong province attended the Congress.

On April 17, the Moc Hoa District People's Committee, Long An province held a ceremony to donate cows to poor households, in order to escape the poverty at Binh Thanh commune and Binh Hoa Tay commune.

(BDO) On 25 January 2018, Becamex IDC held a shareholders' general meeting to set up the Industrial Development and Investment Corporation - Joint Stock Company. The delegations include Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong provincial’s Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Standing Member of the provincial Binh Duong Party Committee, Chairman of the cum General Director of Becamex IDC.

Binh Duong Bar Association (before 1997 was Song Be province) was established in 1992 with 04 lawyers led by lawyer Nguyen Van Hoat. In 1995, the two-member board of directors, including Lawyer Le Van Duoc (Chairman) and lawyer Nguyen Hiep Phung (deputy chairman) was elected by the lawyers' conference.

On July 13 & 14, 2017, the People's Council of Binh Duong province of the IXth Congress held its fourth session. The participants of this meeting comprised of Mr. Pham Van Canh, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party of Binh Duong province and Chairman of the Binh Duong provincial People's Council; Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of Communist Party of Binh Duong Province, Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee; Former leaders of Binh Duong province; members of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Council of the IXth Congress, delegates of departments, agencies, units and localities of Binh Duong province.

On October 04 2016, under the international cooperation program between Vietnam Bar Federation and Australia Dispute Resolution Center (ADRC), Binh Duong Bar Association and ADRC co-organized the training course on "Process and Procedure for Commercial Mediation".

On January 3, 2014, Binh Duong Bar Association conducted the General Assembly of Lawyers for VII term (2014 - 2019). The delegation comprised of Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee, Mrs. Mai Thi Dung, Member of Standing Committee of Binh Duong provincial People's Council and leaders of Legal Department of Binh Duong provincial People's Council and all lawyers who are members of Binh Duong Bar Association.

With the trust of Binh Duong provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province and all voters of Unit No. 13 (including Tan Dinh ward, Chanh Phu Hoa Ward, An Dien ward, An Tay and Phu An communes in Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province), Lawyer Nguyen Van Hien Phuc, Member of the National Lawyers' Council, Chairman of Binh Duong Bar Association, member of Binh Duong provincial People's Council of 8th term (2011 - 2016) has been re-elected to be member of Binh Duong provincial People's Council for term of 2016 - 2021, according to Decision No. 128 / NQ-UBBC of Binh Duong provincial Election Commission on 26/5/2016.

According to the report of the Department of Justice of Binh Duong province, the project on "development of lawyers for international economic integration from 2010 to 2020" (Project 123) and the matter of training and fostering of lawyers for international economic integration have always been focused by Binh Duong provincial People's Committee and Binh Duong Bar Association.
