A series of new decrees have just taken effect, providing guidelines for the enterprise and investment laws that came into effect a year ago. They also eliminate thousands of unnecessary business conditions to facilitate business development.

Around 3,000 business conditions under circulars have expired since July 1, 2016, and have been replaced by 50 new decrees. This was a breakthrough in the local business environment and was good news for the local business community. But local enterprises were still worried about thousands of other business conditions that still exist in laws, decrees and legal documents of ministries.

With a lot of potentials and advantages, Binh Duong’s real estate market is receiving great attention from foreign investors.

1. Forms of investment:  Also, multiple investment methods such as BOT, BTO, BT contracts, investing in business developments, and investing in merger and acquisition, were abolished in the Law on Investment 2014, a new form of investment has been supplemented, which involves investing under a Public-Private Partnership ("PPP") contract.

“Potentials, advantages Binh Duong logistics and the role of Customs" is the seminar’s topic held by Binh Duong Customs Department in collaboration with Vietnam Logistics Magazine at ICD Tan Cang Song Than on Jun 30.
